Job Title: Heavy Truck Driving Instructor Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: Competitive basic salary + attractive incentives/performance bonuses (details on application) Job Type: Full-time Main Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theoretical training for heavy truck driving courses as per RTA standards Teach safe driving techniques, vehicle handling, maneuvers, road safety, and RTA regulations Prepare students for RTA yard tests, parking tests, and final road tests Assess student progress and provide feedback to ensure high pass rates Maintain training vehicles and report any issues Ensure all sessions comply with RTA guidelines and safety protocols Requirements We are hiring! Desired Candidate Profile
Must hold a valid RTA-approved instructor permit for heavy vehicles/heavy truck Valid UAE heavy truck driving license (Category 4) with clean record Proven experience as a heavy truck driving instructor (RTA-approved preferred) Other permits/licenses (e.g., bus, light vehicle, or additional categories) are a big plus Excellent communication skills in English Patient, professional, and safety-focused with strong teaching abilities Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in heavy vehicle training or driving Valid UAE residence visa and ability to join immediately preferred
