Operate heel milling machines for tower and pole components as per production drawings and specifications. Set up machine parameters, tooling, and fixtures before operation. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions. Ensure accurate milling dimensions, whole alignment, and edge finishing. Conduct routine machine inspections and basic preventive maintenance. Monitor machine performance and report any abnormalities or breakdowns. Maintain production quality standards and minimize material wastage. Coordinate with supervisors, quality inspectors, and maintenance teams. Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements. Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around the machine area. Achieve daily production and efficiency targets.
