Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate strategic alignment across Renewals, Field Sales, and Sales Operations within the MENA region, ensuring consistency with global initiatives.
  • Foster business coordination with Sales leadership to manage operations and analytics.
  • Support the identification of new market opportunities and monitoring of the regional market, competitors, and operations.
  • Provide operational and financial reporting insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive meetings.
  • Analyze key metrics to support the Go-to-Market strategy and drive process efficiencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Background & Characteristics for Success:

  • Bachelor s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales Operations, Finance Analysis, or Business Analysis within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, quota/territory management, and Enterprise Software.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong skills in data analytics, program management, and process optimization.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across local and global teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Support acquisitions, mergers, and divestments through strategic planning and operational alignment
