Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose

The Help Desk Administrator / Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple support channels effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate support level, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Track, route, and redirect issues to the correct resources for efficient handling.
  • Document all interactions, including inquiry details, actions taken, and resolutions provided.
  • Maintain knowledge of services and systems to provide accurate information and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
  • Follow established procedures and protocols for safety incident management and service delivery.
  • Provide feedback to management on trends, recurring issues, and suggested process enhancements.
  • Ensure optimal performance of Real Estate tools such as Workplace App, WANDO, PLANON, and Condeco.
  • Support client inquiries and concerns within both TCB and non-TCB scopes of work.
  • Generate work orders for projects (C6 and One-off).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in IT or customer service is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Help Desk Administrator or Receptionist.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details clearly to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems, and remote support tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
