Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install and configure computer equipment.
  • Participate in the deployment of server and network equipment.
  • Manage user accounts and software installations.
  • Provide first-level technical support.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT infrastructure.

  • Bac+2 level qualification in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance.
