Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer equipment.
- Participate in the deployment of server and network equipment.
- Manage user accounts and software installations.
- Provide first-level technical support.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the IT infrastructure.
- Bac+2 level qualification in computer science or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in technical support and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows environments and office tools.
- My mastery of GLPI is an asset.
- Rigour, a sense of service and a team spirit are required.
