Roles & Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Agent to provide information about the EdS Summer Camp, assist with registrations, and handle payments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to engage customers while ensuring their satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information to customers about Summer Camp 2026
- Assist customers in the registration process for the summer camp
- Process payments from customers and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in operating a cash register
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
