Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software IT issues.
  • Record, track, and manage support tickets via the IT management system.
  • Escalate complex incidents to specialized technical teams.
  • Participate in the configuration, installation, and updating of workstations and peripherals.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networks, connectivity, and computer security.
  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, messaging) and ITSM software (ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ability to diagnose common hardware and software problems.
