Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal and external users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software IT issues.
- Record, track, and manage support tickets via the IT management system.
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized technical teams.
- Participate in the configuration, installation, and updating of workstations and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Knowledge of networks, connectivity, and computer security.
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, messaging) and ITSM software (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to diagnose common hardware and software problems.
