Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems.
Using the help desk ticketing system to respond to requests.
Ensures that IT users requests are addressed in a timely and cost-effective manner, via internal IT resources or via external suppliers of IT services.
Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults and replacing parts as required.
Analyzes Help Desk enquiries to identify recurring user problems, recommend solutions, and to identify areas where help desk service can be improved.
Desired Candidate Profile
BS in Information Systems or related fields
Fresh to 1 year experience in IT maintenance
Good organization and follow-up skills
