Roles & Responsibilities
Help Desk Technician
Main activities
- User support (phone, email)
- Diagnosis and resolution of incidents
- Installation and configuration of workstations
- Computer hardware maintenance
- User account management
- Ticket tracking and reporting,
- Computer network maintenance and configuration.
Required skills
- Systems: Windows, basic Linux knowledge
- Office suite: Microsoft Office / 365
- Networks: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN
- Sense of service and communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile
- Bac +2 / Bac +3 in computer science
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position,
- Technical English preferred.
