Roles & Responsibilities

Help Desk Technician


Main activities

  • User support (phone, email)
  • Diagnosis and resolution of incidents
  • Installation and configuration of workstations
  • Computer hardware maintenance
  • User account management
  • Ticket tracking and reporting,
  • Computer network maintenance and configuration.

Required skills

  • Systems: Windows, basic Linux knowledge
  • Office suite: Microsoft Office / 365
  • Networks: TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN
  • Sense of service and communication
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired profile

  • Bac +2 / Bac +3 in computer science
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar position,
