Desired Candidate Profile

1. Assistant Director Duration: July and August

-Focus: Operations, Safety & Leadership

-Ensure 100% visibility of all children; manage outing logistics and safety protocols.

-Maintain updated participant lists, ensure activity materials are ready, and monitor activity implementation.

-Greet parents during arrival/departure.

2. Help Desk Agent Duration: 1st June till 3rd July

-Focus: Customer Service & Financial Accuracy

-Provide a warm and professional greeting to all families and visitors upon arrival.

-Handle payments, registrations, and billing with high accuracy and attention to detail.

-Maintain organized logs of daily transactions and administrative updates.
