Roles & Responsibilities

  • Sutherland Cairo is hiring IT Help desk Internship Vacancy
  • Internship Start date: Immediately
  • Duration: 3 months (renewable according to performance)
  • Location: New Cairo - fifth settlement

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • CCNA and MCSA knowledge is a must
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
