Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations by organizing tools and materials to ensure efficiency in the workspace.
  • Support skilled workers by providing timely assistance, whether it’s fetching materials or holding equipment during tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, ensuring a safe environment for all team members.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors diligently, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management, preventing delays in project timelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role and industry.
  • Document daily activities and report any issues or challenges faced during work to ensure transparency.
  • Help in setting up and dismantling equipment and structures, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.
  • Assist in quality control by inspecting work done and reporting discrepancies as per guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance teamwork.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for vocational training in relevant fields.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar helper role, showcasing practical skills in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practices, ensuring compliance in all tasks undertaken.
