Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist mechanics in repair and maintenance.

  • Support in dismantling, cleaning, and preparing parts for repair.

  • Handle basic hand tools safely and correctly.

  • Assist in replacing damaged parts.

  • Help in loading, unloading, and moving units inside the workshop.

  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

  • Follow workshop safety procedures and instructions at all times.

  • Check materials and tools before and after work.

  • Assist in identifying visible damage on units.

  • Help maintain proper storage of parts and materials.

  • Follow supervisor instructions and support the team in daily workshop tasks.

  • Be willing to learn repair procedures and improve technical skills.

  • Support overtime work when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Job Title: Helper Mechanic

  • Physical fitness: Good physical condition, able to handle manual work

  • Health: No health issues affecting workshop duties

  • Language: Basic English communication

  • Experience: Previous workshop / mechanical experience preferred (or fresh candidates accepted)

  • Skills:

    • Able to use basic hand tools

    • Follow instructions carefully

    • Willing to learn

    • Teamwork attitude

    • Basic safety awareness

  • Work environment: Able to work in workshop conditions

  • Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai (whichever applies)

  • Availability: Immediate joining preferred

  • Package:

    Starting salary: AED 1,300

    Food allowance: AED 350

    Shared accommodation

    Monthly incentive up to AED 250

    Overtime as per company policy

    Annual air ticket to home country
