H&H Development was established in 2007 by Shahab Lutfi and Mohamed Al Hussaini. H&H offers, through its business divisions, a wide range of real estate related services, stretching from development into property management & leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings and interior design, thus providing its clients with a unique ""all in one"" approach to handling their assets. Being a service provider but also acting as an investor (through its sister company Bright Start), H&H approaches all of its projects with a critical eye, aiming to maximize efficiency and to create value for investors throughout each project’s life cycle.
