Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations

Handle financial management, including cash handling, inventory, and cost control

Ensure consistent product and service standards, including beverage and tobacco presentation.

Essential Skills:

  • Hospitality management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Financial management and cost control skills
  • Strong knowledge of bar service , drink preparation , and cigar service protocols.
  • Trilingual Arabic, English & French.
