The High School Math Teacher is responsible for delivering clear, standards-aligned instruction in mathematics for Grades 9 12, including courses such as Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus. The teacher will design and implement thoughtful lessons using UbD principles, assess student understanding regularly, and provide timely, constructive feedback. Core responsibilities include maintaining a structured and positive classroom environment, differentiating instruction to support diverse learners, and integrating digital tools such as Google Classroom and ALEKS to enhance learning. The teacher will collaborate with department colleagues, communicate effectively with parents, and consistently uphold school policies, expectations, and safeguarding procedures. Strong classroom management, professionalism, and a commitment to student academic growth are essential.
