Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Teach topics such as Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electricity & Magnetism, Optics, and Modern Physics.
Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, experiments, and assessments to meet students learning needs.
Conduct laboratory experiments safely and effectively to enhance conceptual understanding.
Evaluate and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and support.
Encourage analytical thinking, inquiry-based learning, and practical problem-solving.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive, supportive learning environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administration.
Participate in professional development, staff meetings, and school events.
Requirements:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or license preferred (e.g., B.Ed, PGCE, or UAE-specific teaching license).
Prior experience teaching high school physics is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Passion for science education and fostering student success.
