Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assess patients' medical history, current health conditions, and lifestyle factors to determine suitability for Hijama therapy.
  • Perform Hijama therapy sessions, adhering strictly to DOH guidelines and safety protocols, ensuring patient comfort and hygiene.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of Hijama, the procedure, aftercare instructions, and potential side effects, fostering informed consent.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace, minimizing the risk of infection.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a valid DOH license as a Hijama Therapist, demonstrating professional recognition and regulatory compliance.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant healthcare field, providing a strong foundation in medical knowledge.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience practicing Hijama therapy, showcasing practical expertise and proficiency.
  • Demonstrates fluency in English and Arabic, enabling effective communication with a diverse patient population.
