Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions through physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic tests, ensuring accurate and timely diagnosis.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering patient needs, preferences, and treatment goals for optimal health outcomes.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, adhering to protocols and monitoring patient responses to ensure efficacy and safety.
Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and medication adherence, empowering them to actively participate in their care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to coordinate comprehensive and patient-centered care.

Desired Candidate Profile

Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field, demonstrating a solid foundation in healthcare principles.
Holds a valid professional license or certification relevant to their healthcare profession, showing commitment to meet the required standards.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting, showcasing practical knowledge and familiarity with patient care.
Demonstrates proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.
Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal, effectively interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
