Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

FOH operations , ensuring efficient service flow during peak and non-peak hours
  • Supervise and coordinate servers, captains, hosts, and support staff

  • Ensure high standards of guest service , handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally

  • Monitor table turnover, reservations, and walk-ins to maximize seating capacity

  • Train, guide, and motivate FOH staff to maintain service quality and discipline

  • Ensure staff grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards are maintained

  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

  • Monitor POS operations, billing accuracy, and cash handling procedures

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and Qatar municipality regulations

  • Assist management with daily reports, duty rosters, and inventory coordination



    Requirements
  • Minimum 3u20135 years of relevant experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Supervisor in a busy casual or fine-casual dining restaurant

  • Prior work experience in Qatar or GCC countries is highly preferred

  • Strong knowledge of FOH operations, service standards, and customer handling

  • Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills

  • Ability to handle high-volume service pressure with professionalism

  • Working knowledge of POS systems and restaurant service workflows

  • Fluency in English; Hindi and Malayalam are an advantage

  • Kerala (Keralite) background preferred.
