Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the plastic manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue generation and market share expansion within the Abu Dhabi region.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients, showcasing the company's products.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets for plastic manufacturing.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while adhering to company policies.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and network with potential clients.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to the management team on sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
