Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Create daily posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos Plan and execute social media content calendars Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags Track trends and create content based on current social media trends Schedule and publish content consistently Engage with audience through comments and messages Coordinate with the team for campaigns, promotions, and announcements Ensure brand consistency across all platforms Monitor basic performance metrics and improve content accordingly
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates only Must be based in India Passionate about social media and content creation Experience with Instagram Reels and short video content Basic to intermediate knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools Creative, proactive, and self-motivated Able to work independently in a work-from-home environment Good communication skills Willing to grow long-term with the company
