Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate and support HIS modules (Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, RCM).

  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor system performance and handle incidents.
  • Manage users, roles, and access permissions.
  • Support system integrations (LIS, PACS, RIS, ERP).
  • Provide user support and training.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports.
  • Liaise with system vendors and technical support teams.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data security and privacy policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HIS system operations, healthcare IT, or a related field.

  • Proven expertise in managing and supporting Hospital Information Systems in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, data privacy, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Experience with remote or home-based work arrangements, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and interoperability standards.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and security.
  • Flexibility to participate in on-call rotations or after-hours support as needed.
