Roles & Responsibilities

Manages and supervises the Value Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs

Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Value Chain Management

Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility

Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility

Manages and supervises multiple org units within Value Chain Management

Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change Management and personal growth

Functional accountability for Value Chain Management on Production facility level

Customer Demand planning

Procurement

Warehouse Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Level : University Degree in a relevant field
Language: English C1 & French C1
Experience : Min 7 years VCM
