Roles & Responsibilities

  • Curate personalized travel experiences by understanding client preferences, interests, and budgets to ensure memorable holidays.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and accommodations to provide clients with expert advice.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
  • Handle all aspects of travel bookings including flights, accommodations, and tours, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
  • Provide timely and effective customer support, addressing any concerns or changes in travel plans promptly.
  • Create and present comprehensive itineraries that highlight unique experiences tailored to individual client needs.
  • Promote travel insurance and other essential services, educating clients on the importance of safeguarding their trips.
  • Utilize travel booking software and tools to manage reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback and build lasting relationships for future bookings.
  • Attend travel expos and networking events to build partnerships and stay informed about new offerings in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is preferred for a solid foundation in the industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consultancy or customer service roles to ensure proficiency in client interactions.
  • Proven track record in sales or upselling travel packages, showcasing a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
  • Fluent in English with additional language skills, especially in popular tourist languages, to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel regulations, and cultural nuances to offer tailored travel guidance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple client bookings and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in reservations.
  • A passion for travel and exploration, with an inherent curiosity about new destinations and experiences.
