Roles & Responsibilities

  • OTA & Booking Management
  • Manage and optimize property listings across multiple OTA platforms including
  • Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, Agoda, and other relevant channels.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
  • Monitor and respond to all booking inquiries within 1 hour during business hours.
  • Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and booking modifications across all platforms.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in calendar synchronization across all booking channels.
  • Analyze booking trends and platform performance to optimize distribution strategy.
  • Guest Communication & Relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their booking journey.
  • Provide exceptional pre-arrival, during-stay, and post-departure communication.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate check-in/check-out processes with on-ground support team in Dubai.
  • Collect and respond to guest reviews across all platforms.
  • Implement strategies to maintain ratings above 4.5 stars on all platforms.
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping teams in Dubai.
  • Schedule and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and inspections remotely.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Tourism regulations and holiday home licensing Financial Management
  • Generate monthly financial reports including revenue, expenses, and occupancy metrics.
  • Track and reconcile all booking payments and commissions from OTAs.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide detailed owner reports with performance analytics and recommendations.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses within approved budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Marketing & Optimization
  • Create and update compelling property descriptions and photography.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve listing visibility.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to drive bookings during low seasons.
  • Maintain updated amenity information and property features across all platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience & Background
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in holiday home, vacation rental, or short-term rental property management.
  • Strong track record managing properties on major OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience with remote property management.
  • Experience managing properties in Dubai or familiarity with UAE holiday home regulations (preferred).
  • Prior experience in hospitality, hotel management, or property management.
  • Technical Skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of OTA platforms and their extranet systems.
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Guesty, Hostaway, Lodgify, or similar.
  • Experience with channel managers and pricing optimization tools.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
