Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized academic support, tailoring lessons to the child's individual learning style and needs.
  • Assist with homework assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of concepts and promoting independent problem-solving.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational activities and games to make learning enjoyable and interactive.
  • Monitor and track the child's academic progress, providing regular feedback to parents and suggesting areas for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field (Education).
  • Hold relevant certifications such as a teaching certificate or tutoring certification (Certifications).
  • Have experience working with children aged 5-12 years old (Industry Experience).
  • Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in tutoring or childcare roles (Years of Experience).
