Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, and meal preparation.
- Monitor vital signs and address basic healthcare needs with accuracy.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, tailored to meet each client's unique health requirements and personal preferences.
- Offer guidance and support to families, educating them on elder care techniques, proper use of medical equipment, and ongoing care needs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures, ensuring a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of care provided in compliance with homecare standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Compassionate and experienced nursing graduate or midwifery with RN license.
- Experience in childcare and/or elderly care.
- Positive mindset and genuine passion for providing exceptional childcare.
- Smart, honest, curious, creative, empathetic, and fun team player.
- Trained or willing to be trained with UK NHS best practices and guidelines.
