Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring every student feels included and motivated.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, fostering a safe and supportive classroom environment.
  • Monitor student progress through assessments and provide timely feedback to guide their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student performance and address any concerns effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in education or a related field, ensuring a strong foundation in teaching principles.
  • PGCE certificate from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a classroom setting, showcasing proven teaching abilities and classroom management skills.
  • Experience with diverse student populations, indicating an ability to adapt teaching methods to varied needs.
  • Strong technical skills in educational software and tools, enabling effective integration of technology in lessons.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
