Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans for Lower Primary students.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods and materials to meet individual needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and creativity.
  • Encourage strong communication and relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to improve educational practices and stay updated on teaching trends.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students, promoting positive behaviors and resilience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Education or a related field. Teaching qualification relevant to primary education. At least 2 years of experience teaching in a lower primary setting. Strong understanding of child development and early years educational practices. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students, engaging them in learning. Dedication to creating an inclusive environment that fosters the diverse needs of all learners.
