Roles & Responsibilities

Key Requirements



Completed Bachelor's degree or higher.


Proven teaching qualifications (Bachelor / Master s in Education, or PGCE / QTS / equivalent).


Experience teaching in English Ideally exposure to international curriculum, i.e. BSO, IB or another;


Proficiency in the subject matter.


Proficiency in key teaching skills.


Proficiency in standards of child protection and safeguarding.


Qualifications like NPQ and other teaching professional development are a strong advantage.



Key Responsibilities



Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional lessons that facilitate active learning and meet curriculum standards.


Evaluate and document students' academic and personal development through tests, assignments, and observations.


Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration.


Address diverse learning needs by offering tailored guidance, extra help, or resources to ensure all students succeed.


Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to share progress, address concerns, and support students' overall development.
