Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a focus on child development and pedagogical strategies.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a primary or elementary school setting, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Teaching certification or licensure, with a preference for candidates holding additional endorsements in special education or ESL.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design, ensuring alignment with educational standards.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in a second language preferred to support diverse student populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, allowing for effective classroom management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a structured classroom.
