Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the HORECA sector
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (hotels, restaurants, caf s, catering companies)
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Lead, train, and manage the HORECA sales team (if applicable)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in HORECA/F&B sector
  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and catering industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English
