Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The HORECA Sales Representative will focus on building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for presenting our F&B product portfolio, negotiating contracts, and driving sales growth within hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
Manage and grow the existing portfolio of HORECA clients.
Present products and provide tailored solutions to chefs, F&B managers, and business owners.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms.
Achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for the HORECA channel.
Stay informed about culinary trends, menu developments, and competitor activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and tastings for potential clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven sales experience specifically within the HORECA channel in Lebanon.
An existing network of contacts in Beirut's hotel and restaurant industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the F&B needs and purchasing cycles of hospitality businesses.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for the food and beverage industry.
Self-starter with a professional and persuasive attitude.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Location: Hamra, Beirut (Field-based role)
