Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Caf s, and Catering) clients to drive sales of food ingredients.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Horeca sector to expand the customer base.

Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase AWA Group s innovative food solutions.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.

Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by management.

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Marketing, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven sales experience in the food industry, preferably within the Horeca sector.

Strong understanding of food ingredients and their applications in various food service environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and industry events.
