Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Select, prepare, and plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery as per project specifications.
Conduct soil testing and fertility management.
Oversee planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control activities.
Monitor plant health and address horticultural issues promptly.
Collaborate with landscape architects and project managers.
Ensure horticultural practices are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
Maintain accurate records of planting and horticultural activities.
Stay updated on best horticultural practices and new plant varieties.
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering or related field.
4 to 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry, focusing on horticulture.
Strong knowledge of plant species, soil management, and pest control.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
