Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- Support hospital operations, patient flow, and process improvement projects
- Assist in HR activities & recruitment coordination
- Analyze hospital KPIs (TAT, patient wait time, utilization, etc.)
- Work on quality improvement tools (VSM, SOP, RCA, etc.)
- Coordinate with departments for smooth operations and reporting
- Strong skills in Excel, data analysis & reporting
- Exposure to hospital operations / quality improvement is an advantage
Hiring Hospital Operations Executive / (MHA/BDS).
Candidates with experience in hospital operations, quality, or analytics preferred.
Strong Excel & process improvement knowledge required.
