Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the comprehensive care of hospitalized adult patients, from admission through discharge, ensuring continuity of care.
  • Perform thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic investigations to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including medication management, procedural interventions, and supportive care, to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, specialists, and ancillary staff, to facilitate seamless patient care and communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Completed a residency program in Internal Medicine, demonstrating a strong foundation in the diagnosis and management of adult medical conditions.

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine from a recognized medical board.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hospitalist, showcasing proven clinical acumen and expertise in acute care settings.

  • Must have good IP ward and inpatient experience and willing to work shifts.
