Hospitality Business Director

The Senior Hospitality Business Director will lead group-wide operations across a diversified portfolio of hospitality and service businesses, including hospitality, facilities management, catering, events, and related service activities. The role is responsible for translating the group s growth strategy into operational execution, strengthening performance across existing subsidiaries, and supporting expansion into Riyadh and other key Saudi markets. This position requires a commercially driven, hands-on leader with strong hospitality and service-sector expertise, full P&L ownership experience, and the ability to build scalable operations while maintaining high standards of guest experience, governance, and profitability.
Responsibilities
Lead group-wide operations across hospitality, facilities management, catering, events, and related service subsidiaries, ensuring consistent performance across multiple business lines.
Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and profitability across the portfolio.
Translate group strategy into clear operating plans, KPIs, governance structures, and scalable processes to support expansion across Saudi Arabia.
Drive market expansion into Riyadh and other key Saudi cities by assessing operational readiness, building local partnerships, and executing growth initiatives.
Safeguard service excellence, guest experience, client satisfaction, and brand standards across all hospitality and service operations.
Build, mentor, and empower a strong second-line leadership team capable of managing multi-site, multi-entity operations.
Ensure compliance, risk management, reporting discipline, and operational governance standards are embedded across all subsidiaries.
Qualifications
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, facilities management, catering, events, or diversified service-sector operations.
Proven track record managing multi-site, multi-entity, or portfolio-level operations with full commercial and operational accountability.
Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation, and growth project execution.
Solid understanding of the Saudi market, with experience supporting business expansion, operational scale-up, or market entry initiatives.
Strategic and hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance long-term growth planning with day-to-day operational execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and team leadership skills across executive, client, partner, and government-facing environments.
Flexibility to travel across the Kingdom as required.
