- Deliver exceptional customer support to hospitality clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner. Assist
- Customers with booking, reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.

Fluent English speakers (B2+ to C1)
