Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and manage hospitality staff including servers, baristas, cleaners, valet personnel, and Arabic coffee servers to ensure service excellence.

  2. Enforce grooming standards, punctuality, and professional conduct across all team members.

  3. Monitor guest satisfaction levels and proactively address feedback or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  4. Ensure all guest-facing areas are clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standards at all times.

  5. Oversee product quality and freshness, including beverages, coffee, and other hospitality offerings.

  6. Coordinate with external vendors (coffee suppliers, florists, fragrance/diffuser providers, etc.) to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.

  7. Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

  8. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Proven experience in hospitality, front-of-house supervision, or a similar role.

  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  4. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  5. Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness and presentation.

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

  7. Familiarity with KPI tracking and reporting is an advantage.
