About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Host / Hostess Gaming Marketing to join the resort s Gaming Marketing team.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  • Assist the Executive Host in managing relationships with assigned domestic guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Coordinate guest reservations for accommodation, dining, entertainment, transportation, and special amenities.
  • Support the execution of domestic marketing promotions, loyalty programs, and exclusive events.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, preferences, and service requests in CRM and related systems.
  • Provide frontline support to guests, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with Gaming Marketing, VIP Services, and other resort departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor guest activity and provide updates to the Executive Host to support player development strategies.
  • Uphold Wynn Resorts service standards, data privacy requirements, and UAE regulatory compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 1 3 years of experience in hospitality, luxury service, or guest relations, ideally within the UAE market.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM or hospitality systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is highly valued.
  • Professional, polished demeanor with a passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by guests and business needs.
