Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and professional Host/Hostess with a natural ability to create a welcoming first impression and manage front-of-house operations seamlessly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly manner. Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements. Monitor wait times and keep guests informed. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the entrance area. Communicate guest needs to the service team. Bid guests farewell and encourage return visits.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in a customer-facing hospitality role preferred. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Calm and composed under pressure during peak hours. Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Positive attitude and genuine passion for guest service.
