Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects the establishment's brand.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, optimizing table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.
- Provide menu information and answer questions about daily specials and promotions, enhancing the dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service for guests.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a focus on guest interaction.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous for diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills to create rapport with guests and foster a welcoming environment.
