Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
- Maintain an organized seating plan to optimize table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the menu and services
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and service
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception/entrance area
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts weekends, and holidays
