Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a professional and welcoming Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service in the dining area.


Main Responsibilities:


Greet guests warmly, confirm reservations, and escort them to their tables.


Manage the reservation system, phone calls, and guest inquiries.


Communicate seating plans and guest needs to the service team.


Ensure the reception and entrance areas remain clean and inviting.


Assist in handling guest requests or concerns promptly and courteously.
