Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned s Club, a private members club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
  • Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to optimize service.
  • Maintain a gracious and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with the restaurant team regarding guest requests and preferences.
  • Handle telephone inquiries, reservation confirmations, and guest follow-ups.
  • Ensure the reception area is immaculate, organized, and reflective of our brand standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is preferred.

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and confident personality.

Strong guest service orientation with the ability to handle pressure gracefully.

Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Well-groomed appearance and professional etiquette.
