Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless and refined first impression.
- Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements in line with restaurant standards.
- Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests efficiently and courteously.
- Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining journey.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
- Maintain an organized and elegant reception area reflecting the brand s premium image.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and effectively.
- Monitor and update booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the front-of-house area before and after service.
- Uphold Atlantis The Royal s values of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Associate in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
Previous international or Michelin-star experience is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and confident demeanor.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of reservation systems such as OpenTable or SevenRooms preferred.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
