Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and English-speaking Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
- Manage the seating chart and escort guests to tables.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and waiting lists.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception/hostess area.
- Coordinate with waitstaff for smooth table rotation.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide menu information.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous hostess or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (mandatory).
- Presentable, professional, and polite demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy hours.
- Positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
