Roles & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Manage reservations and organize seating arrangements
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus
  • Coordinate with wait staff to ensure smooth seating flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and waiting lists
  • Maintain the reception and entrance area in excellent condition
  • Ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
